So.. I was rewatching ep 12 and maybe YOI S2 will be about the Four Continents Figure Skating Championships?

If Yuri!!! on ICE Season 2 will focus on Four Continents Figure Skating Championships (4CC), we will be able to see Victor as Yuuri’s coach since European figure skaters as not eligible to compete in 4CC.

4CC only allow skaters from Africa, the Americas, Asia, and Oceania. On the other hand, the European continent has its very own European Figure Skating Championships (Europeans).

4CC and the Europeans do not take place simultaneously; i.e. they occur on different dates. This means that we might not see Yuuri and Victor competing with each other but supporting and cheering each other on their respective competitions.

However, after the 4CC and Europeans, there’s World Figure Skating Championships where we might see Yuuri and Victor compete with each other.

Historically, the Europeans takes place first, followed by 4CC. Then the World Figure Skating Championships follows after the first two events.

This is just a theory/speculation but I really have a strong feeling that the next season is going to be about these three figure skating competitions given that Victor is making a comeback while coaching his fiancé, Yuuri.
